Where can I upload my resume?

How long does it take to hear after I apply?

After the job posting closes, a placement specialist will review all applicants and advise the client within a few days of all eligible applications. Those resumes will be sent to the client for their review and they will select who they wish to meet with - typically within a week or so. Selected applicants will be contacted at that point by a PACSAIR placement specialist.

Will I get training?

Yes. Most positions include an average of 3 days on the job training.

Where can I get a timesheet?

See the “TIMESHEET” button on the candidate page.

How do I get paid?

Once a contractor submits their invoice and approved timesheet, we process their payment via EFT.

How do I change my address?

Easy - just send us an email.

Do I get paid for statutory holidays?

Yes, if you qualify as a full time employee. Learn more here. (Not applicable to contractors)

How do I get my T4?

T4s will be mailed out automatically to full time employees, (Not applicable to contractors)

How do I request a record of employment?

Full time employees can get this on the Services Canada website. (Not applicable to contractors)
